Fees an Insurance

At Steven Davis Counseling, we believe counseling should be clear and accessible. Below you’ll find information about insurance, self-pay rates, and payment policies so you know exactly what to expect.

Insurance (Steven Davis, LPC)
Steven accepts many major insurance plans, including: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Ambetter, Amerigroup, CareSource, CHAMPVA, GEHA, Gravie, Healthgram, Meritain Health, Oscar, PeachState Health Plan, United Healthcare, United Healthcare Medicare Advantage, VACCN, WellCare.

Copays and deductibles apply. If you use out-of-network benefits, we can bill your insurance provider on your behalf.

Self-Pay Rates
Steven Davis, LPC:
$130 per session (all session types, 50 minutes) Michael Colon, Associate Counselor: $80 per session (self-pay only; does not accept insurance)

Payment Policies
Accepted Payments:
Credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, or check Card on File: A card is required to be kept securely on file for all clients Late Cancellation / No-Show: Missed or late-cancelled sessions are billed at the full session rate

Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, all self-pay clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate of Costs before starting counseling. This estimate will be provided at your first appointment through our secure SimplePractice system.

We do not provide walk-in or emergency services.
All sessions are by appointment only.
If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
