I believe it is important that you know the people you work with when you start on the journey to growth and change. I am a husband and father to four and I have been a counselor in Brunswick for over eight years. I provide therapy services from a Christ-centered perspective which I believe will help promote positive life long changes in you. I work with a wide range of issues from depression, to parenting support, to family and marital relationship difficulties, and child and adolescent counseling. It is important that you feel comfortable and supported in the process of healing and growth and you are provided a highly personalized approach tailored to your individual needs. Like many of you, I've had my own struggles in life. However, through the support and love of my family and my church I have weathered the turbulent times of my life with a greater desire and ability to live out my calling. Through these difficult times I have come to believe that hope for a better tomorrow and healing are possible. My primary hope is to help you learn to absolutely love life again.
I believe that every season of life comes with its own set of challenges. My goal is to help adults, couples, teens, and children navigate those difficult seasons. I am a recent graduate from Liberty University’s Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. My focus in therapy is on anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, building healthy boundaries, and coping with grief. My therapeutic approach includes Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, attending church together, and playing music.
